DO YOU HAVE FASHION SENSE, OR CENT$? BOTH OR NEITHER?

Often times, people think they are the Cat's Meow due to their designer bags and clothing, however, many of these souls are lost because they possess FASHION CENT$, but have no FASHION SENSE! Do you know anyone like this? I'm almost afraid to ask- IS IT YOU??
Let me give you a hint with these Tell Tale signs:

1. You wear designer logo bags, even when the style is inconsistent with your overall look.

Example: An evening dress with a Gucci Logo hobo bag

PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS!

2: A girl's night out- your beaded dress would be best complimented by black patent leather heels. Your shoes are black patent leather, but they're flat. You think it's okay to wear them because they're Tory Burch. NOT!

People, People, People!!! It's not okay to short change an outfit of it's full potential because you feel like the item you're replacing for the Fashionably Correct one is "just as good" because it's by a high end designer. Thousands of people make this mistake daily, but I am here to school you on how not to make them. Sadly, most of you don't even have an alternative which is even worse. This means you think that your beloved designer handbag is so off the hook that it's a chameleon! Don't get me wrong there are plenty of gorgeous designer/non- designer bags that go from day to night, there are even logo bags that are in gorgeous metallics, fabrics, and patent, but we're talking about your beloved Logo bag in it's default colors which are usually in the brown/beige family. Whether it be Gucci, Fendi, Coach, Dooney & Burke, Michael Kors, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, it matters not!

If you have a beautiful evening dress/outfit that would be complimented by an alternative bag, please wear that bag and not others due to name brand. You can find a cute or classy clutch/evening bag at Forever 21, Target, or your favorite department store. This will keep your overall look closer to classy and not thirsty. The clutch below is by Lauren Merkin and is now on sale at Bloomingdales for 157.50!

Ladies, this goes for jewelry as well! How many times have you seen someone with that SAME Tiffany's chain with the heart stamped TIFFANY CO. with every outfit? She wears it to work, to Christmas parties, black tie events, even weddings. Give us a break will ya?! The same way shoes and purses need to be changed for different occasions, so does jewelry. Who cares that it's Tiffany? I'm sorry, obviously she does. If she ever takes it off she may have a tan line where the chain once laid! Beautiful accessories that are inexpensive can easily be found at Macy's, they even come in gift sets - earrings with matching necklaces. This chain below is by Kara Ross, costs $37o and can also be found at Bloomingdale's.

With this said, ladies and whoever else is reading ;-D, It's not all about Fashion CENT$, but Fashion SENSE as well. I hope I have helped you to at least take a deeper look at the Fashion Beast that lives in you. Now Bring it!!!!!!!!

  2. This had me cracking up. Please school the fool just because they are rocking a Louie bag does not mean it compliments or completes their outfit. Now, I am not saying
I would go as far as buying a purse from Target, but I get your drift.
